In 2024, we’re planning to expand our denim collections stretching as much as we can. Just think of all the exciting styles, colors, and varieties! Denim can take so many forms – jeans, jackets, skirts, and dresses to mention a few. With denim’s level of versatility, the possibilities are limitless, and this year, some of us want to tap into that. If you’re looking to explore denim more, then here’s how we’re expanding our denim collection.
We’ll start with baggy jeans, the perfect piece for the chill weekends. We love this style because it’s comfortable and, let’s be real, we love an outfit that feels as good as it looks. We like to pair our baggy jeans with a white tee or, for a dressier option, you can try a blouse, shirt or whatever you want.
Don’t get us wrong, the boyfriend, mum or skinny jeans will always be classic but there are several denim pant designs we can explore. With the wide range of washes available, from light wash to dark blue, we can never have too many pairs.
Denim dresses and skirts also have a place in our collection. In 2024, we’re predicting that mid-length denim skirts and playful mini dresses are going to be a big hit. Not that there aren’t already, but we think we’ll see them worn by more than just the younger generation. The best part is that these pieces can transition from day to night effortlessly.
Are denim jackets still a thing? Yes, we think they are. Not necessarily the original blue ones. But the new designs, hues and washes would convince anyone to have one in their closet. What we love the most about denim jackets is their ability to turn a simple outfit into a style statement. If you’re feeling bold, you could go for denim jackets with embroideries or patchwork to really make a statement.
One more thing that we like to add is denim accessories. So denim handbags, and even shoes. Accessories can add a pop of denim to your outfits without overdoing it.
Lastly, while it’s tempting to stick to your favorite shades, we encourage exploring different colors in your denim pieces. Blue is timeless, but have you tried black, white or colored denim? They’re a great way to elevate your outfits and add versatility to your denim collection.
