Probiotics help with keeping our gut healthy. Also, it’s slightly sweet and tangy so if you’re up for an exciting flavor, this would be refreshing.
Lastly, for those who can’t give up that coffee flavor, we understand the struggle so we suggest trying Chicory Root. It’s an amazing coffee lookalike with a similar flavor. However, it has zero caffeine. But on the bright side, it’s a beneficial fiber that aids digestion and supports a healthy gut.
