Let’s talk about something we all have probably gone through – friendship breakups. When a friendship ends, it can feel like a mini heartbreak. It hurts, physically sometimes too. Sometimes, we just need to have a conversation about the friendship breakups just like we would talk about a romantic one. Even though some of us might have the fear of oversharing, please don’t shy away from leaning on the support system you have around you. Trust us, unpacking your feelings to someone can help in ways you can’t even imagine.
And in all this, you need to take good care of yourself during this phase. Self-care is essential. Do things that you love, that spark joy in your heart and soothe your mind. Now more than ever, you need to keep yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally well. After all, healing is all about nurturing oneself, right?
